Adding Judges

1. In the event menu (left-hand side of the screen), select Judges.
2. Enter the username of the judge you wish to add.
   • The user must have a registered account on the Vanguard platform.
3. Select which round(s) this judge will be responsible for evaluating.
4. Click Add Judge to confirm.

Tips

• Repeat these steps to add as many judges as required.
• Each judge can be assigned to different rounds with specific responsibilities.
• We recommend an odd number of judges (3, 5, or 7) to avoid ties.
