1. Pause — Temporarily pause the event if you encounter issues or need additional time.
2. Complete — When all rounds are finished, mark the event as complete to move it into the archive.
3. Cancel — Cancel an event that you no longer wish to run.
4. Current Round — Select the round that is currently active:

- Final
- Not Specified — displays a countdown to the next round.
5. Current Stage — Define the active stage within the selected round:
- Pending — round is created but not yet started (recommended before announcing a theme or opening submissions).
- Track Submission — participants can upload their tracks.
- Scoring — judges evaluate submissions.
- Determine Winners — organizers select which participants advance to the next round by marking checkboxes.
- Completed — the round is closed once winners are confirmed.
6. Pair Formation — For knockout rounds, you can:
- Automatically generate matchups (random or "strong vs. weak" based on scores).
- Manually assign pairs if needed.
- Save changes when done.
7. Cancelled — mark the round or event as cancelled if it will not proceed.
8. Save — don’t forget to save your changes after updating any settings.
